摘 要:近年来,随着我国轨道交通电气化的迅速发展,轨道车辆对电能的消耗也日益增加,为了准确计量轨道车辆运行时电能消耗量,设计了一款电能计量装置。通过将电力机车运行时的电压、电流输入到电能专用计量芯片CS5463中,再由该芯片内部的两路Δ-Σ模数转换器(ADC)直接测量瞬时电压、电流,由其内部自带乘法器获得瞬时功率。通过内部时间积分获取电能消耗量,微处理器Dspic30f4011通过SPI串行通信方式读取电能消耗值,并通过液晶显示模块实时显示。通过采用YT3301便携式电能表检验装置对该装置进行精度校验。结果表明,该电能计量装置有功、无功功率精度均达到国家一级标准。Based on the rapidly development of Chinese rail transit electrification in recent years,the electric energy consumption of rail vehicles is increasing day by day.The instantaneous power is obtained by inputting the voltage and current of the electric locomotive into the CS5463 of the special electric energy metering chip,and then the instantaneous voltage and current are directly measured by two Analog⁃to⁃Digital Converters(ADC)inside the chip,and then the multiplier is brought inside the locomotive.Then the electric energy consumption is obtained by internal time integration.The microprocessor Dspic30f4011 through SPI serial communication letter way to read the value of electricity consumption,and display it in real time through the LCD module.By using the YT3301 portable watt⁃hour meter test device,the accuracy of the device is checked.The results show that the accuracy of the active and reactive power of the device is up to the national first class standard.
