摘  要:针对目前直流载波抗干扰能力差,对电源要求高,电压需要相对稳定,电路成本高以及负载变化及线损引起的线路电压波动造成的通信误码率很高等多种问题,该文基于光电耦合器、三极管等元器件的放大、开关基本原理的研究,结合电路中电压、电流信号相互转换的功能,充分利用电流在线路传输过程中不随传输线路长度而发生信号衰减的特性,结合串口通信的相关标准,介绍了一种基于两条直流供电线路的半双工模式的载波通信电路。通过功能性、稳定性及可靠性等相关实验的验证,该电路结构简单,功能齐全,性能稳定,非常适合在设备、产品各个模块之间的直流载波通信电路中使用。Aiming at the current problems of poor anti⁃interference ability of DC carrier,high power requirements,relatively stable voltage,high circuit cost,and high communication error rate caused by line voltage fluctuations caused by load changes and line losses,a DC carrier communication circuit that implements the carrier communication function on the two low⁃voltage DC power supply lines between the master and the slave is introduced,based on the research on the basic principles of amplification and switching of photocouplers,triodes and other components,combined with the function of converting voltage and current signals in the circuit,making full use of the characteristics of current in the process of line transmission without signal attenuation with the length of the transmission line,and in combination with the relevant standards of serial communication.Verification of related experiments such as functionality,stability,and reliability shows that the circuit has a simple structure,complete functions,and stable performance,and is very suitable for use in DC carrier communication circuits between various modules in equipment and products.
