摘　　要：变电站数据通信网关机在电网运行监控数据的传输中起着至关重要的作用。当前多采用以进口芯片为核心的方案设计,存在芯片断供的风险,间接危害电网的安全稳定。为降低设备对进口芯片的依存度,设计一种基于国产芯片的数据通信网关机设备。分析了数据通信网关机的应用场景和性能要求,调研了国产核心芯片和外围电路芯片产品的现状。以国产芯片FT-2000/4为芯片核心,应用PCIe Switch、PCIe-USB等芯片,设计了集成主板、通信接口模块、存储模块、USB模块、串口模块和VGA模块。其中PCIe Switch、PCIe-SATA和PCIe-USB无国产替代的芯片,仍应用进口芯片。设备作为宽频测量系统的站域存储分析装置,通过了通信性能、稳定性等相关测试,验证了国产核心芯片的可用性。The semiconductor chips applied in the power system automation equipments in our country depend heavily on imports,which indirectly endangers the safety and stablity of the power grid.For reducing the dependence of the device on the imported chip,a data communication gateway computer based on the domestic chips is designed.The application scenarios and performance requirements of gateway computer are analyzed,and the situation of domestic core and periphery circuit chips is investigated.The integrated motherboard including communication interface module,storage module,USB module,serial port module and VGA module is designed,which is with the core of domestic chip FT-2000/4,and application of PCIe Switch,PCIe⁃USB and other chips.Imported chips are still used in some periphery circuits without domestic substitutes like PCIe Switch,PCIe-SATA and PCIe-USB chips.The equipment has passed the performance test of communication,stability and other related functions,and used in the broadband measurement system.The availability of domestic core chips is verified.
