摘  要:针对大型电力设备运输过程状态监测不直观、不全面、实时性差的问题,以WindowsCE操作平台为基础,构建了大型电力设备车载运输状态实时监测系统。该监测系统具有对移动状态下数据的可靠存储与分析、自动预警、实时传输等功能,可以对设备运输进度、速度、状态及操作合规性等涉及到运输质量安全的信息进行实时监控与综合预警。同时,系统能够对电力设备运行途中的状态实时监测,包括设备的双轴倾角、车辆运输速度、设备冲击振动、位移大小及固定支架稳定性等。通过4G移动信号将运输途中设备的影像数据与主要参数实时采集并传输。实验测试结果表明,系统能够及时识别运输风险,预防事故发生,也可以进行事故原因的追溯与排查。In order to solve the problems of non intuitive,non comprehensive and poor realtime monitoring in the transportation process of large⁃scale power equipment,a realtime monitoring system for the transportation state of large⁃scale power equipment is built based on WindowsCE operation platform.The monitoring system has the functions of reliable data storage and analysis,automatic early warning,realtime transmission,etc.in the mobile state,it can carry out realtime monitoring and comprehensive early warning for the information related to the transportation quality and safety,such as the equipment transportation progress,speed,status and operation compliance.At the same time,it can realtime monitor the state of power equipment in operation,including the double axis inclination of equipment,vehicle transportation speed,equipment impact vibration,displacement and fixed support stability.Through 4G mobile signal,the image data and main parameters of the equipment in transit are collected and transmitted in real time.The test results show that the system can identify the transportation risk in time,prevent accidents,and trace and check the causes of accidents.
