摘  要:过套管地层电阻率测井仪系统通过测量套管外地层的电阻率,能够快速判断油层的动用程度,评价油层水淹程度,是分析确定剩余油分布的卓有成效的技术方法。研制的过套管电阻率测井仪器通信系统由DSP处理器、曼码信号滤波及调制电路单元、耦合变压器3部分组成。基于DSP的过套管测井仪的数据通信系统,无需专用曼彻斯特编解码芯片,通过软件程序设计编解码逻辑,完成测井数据的解析,通过匹配硬件滤波调制电路、复用变压器耦合方式,实现井下长电缆可靠数据传输功能。该设计用于7芯电缆的井下仪器通信应用中,稳定可靠,通信距离可以达到5000~7000 m。Casing formation resistivity logging system is a technical method for analysis and deter⁃mination of remaining oil distribution,which can quickly and qualitatively evaluate the producing degree and the water flooding degree of the oil layer through reliably measuring the resistivity of the formation outside the casing.The communication system of over⁃casing resistivity logging ins⁃trument is composed of DSP processor,Manchester code signal filter,modulation circuit unit and coupling transformer.The data communication system of the over⁃casing logging tool based on DSP does not require a special manside codec chip.The analysis of logging data is completed through the software program design of codec logic,and the long downhole data transmis⁃sion function is realized by matching the hardware filter and modulation circuit and multiplexing transformer coupling mode.This design is used in downhole instrument communication application of seven⁃core cable,which is stable and reliable,and the communication distance can reach 5,000-7,000 m.
