摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO_(2)纳米粉体并检测其分散效果。用锡粒与柠檬酸(1∶2、1∶4)在pH为5~6条件下,通过水浴、干燥、煅烧等步骤制备出具有四方金红石结构的SnO_(2)纳米粉体,利用热分析仪、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪对材料进行表征,并研究搅拌时间、分散体系pH值对纳米SnO_(2)粉体分散稳定性的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸量的增加不利于生成粒度小的SnO_(2)晶体,锡粒与柠檬酸比例为1∶2时,晶体粒径更小;升高热处理温度,结晶趋于良好;4 h的物理搅拌有利于粉体的分散,当分散体系pH值为1时溶液沉降速率最慢,颗粒分散性最好。SnO_(2)nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method,and the dispersity was tested.By adjusting the process parameters such as the concentration of the reaction solution,the pH value,and the sintering temperature,SnO_(2)nanopowders with a tetragonal rutile structure with a grain size of 10~50 nm can be prepared.Use TG-DTA,SEM,XRD and other analytical methods to characterize,study the relationship between the dispersion method,pH value,dispersion time,etc.of nano SnO_(2)powder and dispersion stability,and measure by gravity sedimentation method,ultravioletvisible spectrophotometry,etc.Find out the influence of various factors on the stable system.The results show that the increase of the amount of citric acid is not conducive to the formation of SnO_(2)crystals with small particle size.Increase the heat treatment temperature and the crystallization tends to be good.When the pH value of the solution is 1,the sedimentation rate of the solution is the slowest and the particle dispersion is the best.
