摘  要:口蹄疫病毒(Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus,FMDV)是小RNA病毒科口蹄疫病毒属的成员,属单股正链RNA病毒。FMDV感染宿主细胞后会重塑宿主的内膜系统,改变宿主细胞内膜环境,形成复制复合体(Replication Complex)。该复制复合体为囊泡状结构,是由FMDV的非结构蛋白和某些宿主细胞因子共同调控产生的病毒“复制工厂”,为FMDV提供稳定的微环境,使得病毒的翻译、转录、复制、病毒粒子的包装得以高效有序的进行,帮助病毒逃脱宿主的免疫反应,对病毒扩增基因组和产生有传染性的子代病毒至关重要。本文将介绍FMDV复制复合体的结构、功能以及主要成分的生物学意义,为深入研究口蹄疫病毒的复制复合体和探索更有效的防治措施提供参考。Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)is a member of the family of small RNA viruses and genus of Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),belonging to a single-stranded plus RNA virus.After FMDV infects host cells,it will reshape the intimal system of host cells,change the intimal environment of host cells,and form a vesicular structure called Replication Complex,which is a viral“Replication factory”produced by the co-regulation of nonstructural proteins of FMDV and some host cytokines.It enables the translation,transcription,replication,and packaging of virus particles to be carried out in an efficient and orderly manner,and also helps the virus escape the immune response of the host,which is crucial for the amplification of the genome of the virus and the generation of infectious progeny virus.In this paper,we will introduce the structure,function,and biological significance of the main components of the FMDV replication complex,to provide a reference for further study of the replication complex of FMDV and exploration of more effective prevention and control measures.
