摘 要:随着综合能源管理技术的成熟,建立含大比例可再生能源和储能装置的多能互补微能源网成为发展趋势。近年来,我国在进行能源结构调整,碳排放控制力度逐步提升。因此在考虑碳排放成本的基础上,以微能源网日运行成本最低为目标建立经济运行模型,对储能的充放电策略进行调整,并采用商业软件CPLEX进行求解。以某一实际微能源网为例验证所提模型的有效性,分析了两种储能容量和功率配置对微能源网运行成本的影响。算例结果表明,所建模型纳入了碳排放成本的影响,在保障可再生能源消纳的前提下,对微能源网内的多种能源和储能装置充放电策略进行了优化,实现微能源网运行成本最低的同时达到多能互补的效果。With the maturity of integrated energy management technology,the establishment of a multi-energy complementary micro-energy network containing a high proportion of renewable energy and energy storage devices has become a development trend.In recent years,the control of carbon emissions is strengthened gradually in China with structural energy adjustment.Therefore,considering the cost of carbon emissions,the economic operation model of a micro-energy network is established with the target of the lowest daily operating cost to adjust the charging/discharging strategies of the energy storage devices,using the commercial software CPLEX.Taking an actual micro-energy network as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified,and the impact of two different energy storage capacity and charging/discharging power strategies on daily operating cost is analyzed.The results show that the proposed model can consider the impact of carbon emissions,and the operating strategy for multiple energy sources and energy storage devices is optimized to ensure the consumption of renewable energy.It achieves the lowest daily operating cost of the micro-energy network while realizing the multi-energy complement.
