摘  要:本文通过理论分析,计算了几种常用制冷剂有效过热对制冷性能的影响。计算结果表明增加R290、R600a、R507、R744(冷凝温度30℃)的有效过热度能使单位容积制冷量增加,制冷性能提升;且随蒸发温度降低,提升比例变大。增加制冷剂R1150、R717、R744(冷凝温度-10℃)的有效过热度会导致单位容积制冷量减小;且不同蒸发温度,变化比例基本一致。通过某天然气液化项目中R290预冷段的调节,验证了增大吸气有效过热度可以有效提高其压缩机制冷性能。The effect of effective superheat of several commonly used refrigerants on refrigeration performance is calculated through theoretical analysis in this paper. The result shows that increasing the effective superheat of R290, R600 a, R507, R744(condensing temperature 30 ℃) can increase the refrigeration capacity per unit volume and improve the refrigeration performance. And as the evaporation temperature decreases, the increase ratio becomes larger. Increasing the effective superheat of refrigerants R1150, R717, R744(condensing temperature-10 ℃) will reduce the cooling capacity per unit volume. Through the adjustment of the R290 precooling section in a natural gas liquefaction project, it is verified that increasing the effective superheat of the suction can effectively improve the refrigeration performance of the compressor.
