摘 要:本文以冷间温度为-25℃~-18℃的冻结物冷藏库为研究背景,分别计算了在不同蒸发温度下NH_(3)/CO_(2)复叠式制冷系统与NH_(3)/CO_(2)载冷式制冷系统的理论制冷性能系数。计算结果显示在最高冷间温度与最低冷间温度工况下,两种系统理论制冷性能系数相差16%左右。另外对CO_(2)载冷系统中氨中间补气温度的变化以及CO_(2)复叠制冷系统中二氧化碳冷凝温度的变化对系统分别进行了理论制冷性能系数的影响分析。Based on the theoretical calculation of the cold room temperature of-25℃~-18℃,the theoretical coefficient of performance of the NH_(3)/CO_(2) cascade refrigeration system and the NH_(3)/CO_(2) secondary refrigeration system at different evaporation temperatures are calculated respectively in this paper.The calculation results show that the theoretical COP of the two systems differs by about 16%under the operating conditions of the highest cold room temperature and the lowest cold room temperature.In addition,the influence of the change of the ammonia intermediate supplementary gas temperature in the CO_(2) secondary refrigeration system and the change of the carbon dioxide condensation temperature in the CO_(2) cascade refrigeration system on the theoretical COP of the system is analyzed.
