摘 要:安家岭露天矿为了提高设备效率和生产效益,将卡调系统应用于主要生产环节中,分析卡车作业效率、采运设备匹配情况及卡车单耗等指标。为了提升设备效率,充分发挥卡调系统优越性,实施实时调度,根据卡调系统实时调度理论,结合现场生产作业流程,制定了合理的实时调度方案,并在生产环节中初步运行,卡车作业效率及生产效益短时间得到一定的提升。In order to improve the equipment efficiency and production benefit,the article applies truck dispatching system to the main production link in Anjialing Open-pit Mine and analyzes such indicators as truck working efficiency,matching of equipment and truck unit consumption.In order to improve the production efficiency and give full play to the superiority of the truck dispatching system,we implement real-time dispatching.According to the real-time dispatching theory of the truck dispatching system and the on-site production process,we work out reasonable real-time dispatching plan in Anjialing Open-pit Mine,which is initially operated in the production link.The truck operation efficiency and the production efficiency get certain promotion in a short time.
