摘　　要：针对RH170B回转失控故障,分析了设备回转系统的工作原理和故障原因,并制定了预防措施。研究结果表明:故障的发生符合回转系统特性,制定的措施能有效控制回转失控故障,避免事故发生,可为各个矿区同类型设备的安全操作提供参考。In order to avoid safety accidents in the production process,aiming at RH170B"swing system out of control"fault,the article analyzes the working principle and fault causes of equipment swing system,and formulates the preventive measures.The research results show that the occurrence of the failure conforms to the characteristics of the swing system,and the formulated measures can effectively control the"swing system out of control"fault and avoid the occurrence of accidents,which can provide reference for same type equipment of all mining areas.
