摘　　要：基于技术创新项目管理的创新性、技术的可变性和不确定性的特点,结合煤矿企业的特点,探讨了项目管理过程及流程各环节的存在的管理风险,以目标导向为标准,有针对性地提出了改进强化措施,以期达到项目的预期,有效实现科技项目预设的经济、社会效益。实践表明,技术创新项目的前置管理、动态管理是风险管理的根本。Based on innovation,technical variability and uncertainty of technological innovation project management,combined with the characteristics of coal mine enterprises,the article discusses the management risks of project management process and the each link of the process.Taking goal-oriented as standard,the article presents the improvement measures,in order to achieve project expectations,effectively realize the preset economic and social benefits of science and technology projects.Practice shows that the pre-management and dynamic management of technological innovation projects are the foundation of risk management.
