摘　　要：目的了解终末期尿毒症腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)患者健康素养现状,分析其影响因素,为提高其健康素养提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,选取2019年4月—11月成都市某三级甲等医院肾脏内科腹膜透析中心229例PD患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和慢性病健康素养量表进行调查并分析其影响因素。结果PD患者健康素养总分为(92.00±13.00)分,4个维度信息获取能力、交流互动能力、改善健康意愿、经济支持意愿分别得分(36.00±5.00)分,(34.00±5.00)分,(16.00±1.00)分,(7.00±4.00)分,多重线性回归显示,性别、文化程度、是否按时随访、是否发生过腹膜炎、长期居住地、是否在职是PD患者健康素养的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论PD患者健康素养水平处于中等水平;临床医护工作者应关注PD患者健康素养,对低健康素养PD患者实施科学合理的干预措施,以提高PD患者健康素养,从而改善PD患者健康结局。Objective To explore the current situations of health literacy of the patients taking peritoneal dialysis(PD)and the influencing factors in order to provide evidences for the purpose of improvement of the health literacy for the PD patients.Methods From April to November 2019,229 PD patients were recruited by a convenient sampling in the Peritoneal Dialysis Centre of the Department of Nephrology in our hospital.The patients were surveyed by a demographic data scale and a chronic disease health literacy scale.The variables of P value<0.10 in univariate analysis were all included in a multivariate linear regression analysis.Results The total score of the health literacy was 92.00±13.00.The scores of four dimensions,e.g.,information acquisition ability,interaction ability,willing to improve health conditions,and financial support were 36.00±5.00,34.00±5.00,16.00±1.00,7.00±4.00,respectively.The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender,education,scheduled and on-time medical review,incidence of peritonitis,resident location and employment were significantly associated with the health literacy(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy level of PD patients is moderate.Healthcare workers should carry out effective interventions to improve the health literacy of the PD patients and therefore the outcome of the patients.
