摘 要:模块化多电平换流器MMC(modular multilevel converter)在直流输电系统的应用日益广泛,而其快速等效模型则是进行直流输电系统相关研究的基础。为了弥补传统平均值等效模型在可仿真工况及仿真精度方面的不足,本文提出了一种适用于多工况的高精度改进平均值等效模型。首先,通过增加控制器件并配置相应的控制方法对等效模型拓扑结构进行改进,使其适用于多工况仿真。其次,在交流侧将开关器件压降等效为一个函数计入交流侧数学模型,并在直流侧引入考虑子模块高频投切的等效电容计算方法。最后,通过在PSCAD中搭建详细模型及等效模型验证该等效模型的有效性。结果证明,该等效模型在可仿真工况及仿真精度方面具备很高的优越性。Modular multilevel converters(MMCs)are increasingly applied in high-voltage direct-current(HVDC)transmission systems,and their fast equivalent models are the basis for conducting related research on HVDC transmis⁃sion systems.To make up for the shortcomings of the traditional average equivalent model in terms of working conditions that can be simulated and simulation accuracy,a high-precision improved average equivalent model suitable for multi⁃ple working conditions is proposed in this paper.First,the equivalent model topology is improved by adding control de⁃vices and configuring the corresponding control methods to make it suitable for simulations under multiple working con⁃ditions.Second,the voltage drop of the switching device on the AC-side is equivalent to a function and included in an AC-side mathematical model.In addition,the equivalent capacitance calculation method considering the high-frequen⁃cy switching of sub-modules is introduced on the DC-side.Finally,the validity of the equivalent model is verified by building detailed models and their equivalent models in PSCAD.Results prove that the proposed equivalent model has obvious advantages in terms of working conditions that can be simulated and simulation accuracy.
