摘　　要：迁陵县的治理手段与方法具有鲜明的针对性与实用性。迁陵县借助酉水组建了一个区域广大的水路交通网,从而实现了人员、物资的跨地区流动。管控物资钱财是迁陵县官府的治理重心。制度完善、监管到位,这样就确保了社会经济与生活的正常运行。徒隶是迁陵县生产劳动的主力军,遭受了繁重的剥削,他们的存在,一方面节省了行政成本,另一方面也促进了当地的开发。The governance measures and methods of Qianling County had distinct targeted and practical.With the help of Youshui,Qianling County has established a vast regional water transportation network,thus it realized the personnel and the material flowing with cross-regional.The governance focused on the management and control of materials and currency,by the perfect system and supervision,it ensured the normal operation of social economy and life at that time.Tuli was the main force of production labor in Qianling County,who were heavily exploited.This saved administrative costs,on the other hand,it also promoted local development.
