摘　　要：临床药师通过干预1例肝癌合并上消化道出血及营养代谢异常患者的营养支持方案并进行药学监护,提高了营养支持的效果。结合患者自身因素和药物相关性,通过检索文献对其营养支持治疗期间并发韦尼克脑病进行关联性评价,并提出合理化建议,从而减轻并发症的不良影响,使患者病情转归。临床药师发挥药学专业优势,为患者提供个体化用药方案,并进行药学监护,确保患者治疗全过程安全、有效。Clinical pharmacists improved the effect of nutritional support by intervening nutrition support program and pharmaceutical care for one liver cancer patient with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and abnormal nutrition metabolism.Pharmacists made use of the patient’s own factors and drug correlation,the correlation of Wernicke encephalopathy during the nutritional support was evaluated by searching the literature,and reasonable suggestions were put forward to reduce the adverse effects of complications and improve the patient’s condition.Clinical pharmacists fully used their professional advantages,and provided individualized medication advice and pharmaceutical care to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the entire treatment process.
