中药敷脐治疗小儿急性腹泻用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的通过中医传承辅助系统软件,分析中药敷脐治疗小儿急性腹泻的用药规律。方法收集近30年涉及敷脐治疗小儿急性腹泻的文献中收集敷脐治疗小儿泄泻的处方,应用中医传承辅助平台,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果共筛选出脐疗治疗小儿急性腹泻的处方102个,涉及中药107味。频次≥10次的中药有13味,高频药物组合中前5位分别是吴茱萸、丁香、肉桂、苍术、五倍子,温里药使用最多,药性主要为温性药,其次为热性药、寒性药,药味主要为辛味,其次为苦味、甘味,主要归脾经。核心药物组合以肉桂、丁香、吴茱萸为主的处方最多。醋为应用最多的赋形剂。结论敷脐治疗小儿急性腹泻多选用药物温里药,共奏温里散寒、燥湿健脾、止痛止泻之效,为新处方形成提供参考,但仍需结合临床实际及辨证。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)umbilicus application for children with acute diarrhea by TCM Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).Methods:The prescriptions of TCM umbilicus application for children with acute diarrhea in recent 30 years were collected and screened.The prescriptions were imported into the TCMISS.The medication rule of the prescriptions was analyzed.Results:A total of 102 prescriptions were selected,involving 107 herbal medicines.There were 13 herbal medicines with frequencies≥10 times,and the top five combinations were Fructus Evodiae,clove,cassia bark,Atractylodes rhizome and Chinese gallnut.Interior warming herbs were the most commonly used.The main drugs were warm drugs,followed by hot drugs and cold drugs.The main taste of the medicine was spicy,followed by bitter and sweet,which mainly concentrated on the spleen meridian.The most core drug combination was cassia bark,clove,and Fructus Evodiae.Conclusion:The interior warming herbs are the most commonly used medicine in umbilicus application for children with acute diarrhea.The roles of these herbs are warming the internal body,dispersing cold,depriving the evil wetness,invigorating the spleen,alleviating pain and diarrhea.The core combinations provide references for new drug research and development,but new prescriptions must be further evaluated with the combination of clinical and traditional Chinese medicine theory.
