自拟化痰活血解毒汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟化痰活血解毒汤对后循环缺血性眩晕患者的疗效。方法将80例后循环缺血性眩晕(痰瘀互结兼热毒证)患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用自拟化痰活血解毒方治疗。观察两组患者中医症状评分、改良巴塞尔指数(MBI)评分、加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)评分、血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果观察组患者中医症状评分、MBI评分、UCLA评分、血Hcy及血SOD水平的改善明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论自拟化痰活血解毒汤可显著改善眩晕患者的中医症状,提高患者的日常活动能力和生活质量,降低血Hcy水平及升高血SOD水平,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made Huatan Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:A total of 80 patients with phlegm and blood stasis combined with heat toxicity in posterior circulation ischemic vertigo from January 2020 to June 2020 were divided into the control group and observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was treated with self-made Huatan Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores,UCLA scores,blood Hcy and SOD levels were observed.Results:The TCM symptom scores,MBI scores,UCLA scores,blood Hcy and SOD in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Huatan Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms,improve the ability of daily activities and quality of life,lower the level of Hcy and increase the level of SOD in patients with phlegm and blood stasis combined with heat toxicity,with no obvious adverse reactions.
