摘  要:以四季海棠的继4代至继10代组培苗为试验材料,对四季海棠继代苗产生的变异性状进行分析,确定变异类型为乔化变异苗和矮化变异。开展四季海棠组培苗的继代变异因素分析,确定继代次数、继代周期是四季海棠组培苗产生变异的主要原因。组培苗继代次数与变异率之间存在正相关性,不同继代周期的变异率有差异。乔化变异苗和矮化变异苗复壮处理表明,随着继代周期的减少,总变异率呈现下降趋势,乔化变异苗可恢复为标准苗。Based on the tissue culture seedlings of four-season begonia from the 4th generation to the 10th generation as experimental materials,the variation characteristics of the subculture seedlings of four-season begonia were analyzed,and the variation types were determined as arborization variation seedlings and dwarfing variation.Analysis of subculture variation factors of tissue culture seedlings of Begonia semperflorens was carried out,and it was determined that subculture times and subculture period were the main causes of variation of tissue culture seedlings of Begonia semperflorens.There is a positive correlation between the number of subcultures and the variation rate of tissue culture seedlings,and the variation rate of different subculture cycles is different.Rejuvenation treatment of Qiao-hua variant seedlings and dwarf variant seedlings showed that with the reduction of subculture period,the total variation rate showed a downward trend,and Qiao-hua variant seedlings could be restored to standard seedlings.
