摘  要:为切实解决朱集东矿不规则工作面生产过程中输送机的“上窜下滑”问题,结合1121(3)工作面现场条件,提出大比例甩采优化方案及加强管理措施,并结合数值模拟、现场试验,论证大比例甩采可行性。实践证明,采用大比例甩采技术后,两帮、顶底最大变形速度分别为128 mm/d、98 mm/d,巷道围岩变形量较稳定,符合预期,同时对其他工作面甩采具有借鉴意义。In order to effectively solve the problem of"upward movement and downward movement"of the conveyor in the production process of irregular working face in Zhujidong Mine,combined with the field conditions of the 1121(3)working face,the optimization scheme of large-scale rejection mining and strengthening management measures are put forward,and the feasibility of large-scale rejection mining is demonstrated by combining with numerical simulation and field test.The practice shows that the maximum deformation velocity of the two sides and the top and bottom are 128mm/d and 98mm/d respectively after adopting the large proportion rejection mining technology,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is relatively stable,which meets the expectation.At the same time,it has reference significance for the rejection mining of other working faces.
