摘 要:塔山煤矿8303工作面煤体产尘率较高,为了增加煤体湿度,减少煤尘飞扬,创造良好的作业环境,确保矿井安全生产,对8303综放工作面开展了煤体注水降尘技术研究应用。煤体注水技术的实施实现了作业面煤体含水率由1.80%提高至3.86%,煤体含水率增加,产尘量显著减少,降低了工作面粉尘浓度,降尘率提高39.55%。The dust production rate of the 8303 working face in Tashan Coal Mine is relatively high.In order to increase the humidity of coal,reduce the flying of coal dust,create a good working environment,and ensure the safe production of the mine,the research and application of coal water injection dust reduction technology in the 8303 fully mechanized top coal caving face are carried out.The implementation of coal water injection technology has realized that the water content of coal in working face is increased from 1.80%to 3.86%,the water content of coal is increased,the dust production is significantly reduced,the dust concentration of working face is reduced,and the dust reduction rate is increased by 39.55%.
