摘  要:为了解决高瓦斯低透气性煤层抽采效率低下的难题,利用水力割缝增透技术提高瓦斯抽采率,其割缝设备使用锥-柱组合型喷嘴。以斜沟煤矿18205工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法研究此种形式喷嘴的增透效果。现场试验得到实施水力割缝增透措施后的钻场瓦斯抽采纯量明显比未开展水力割缝的钻场高,6 m抽采半径的钻场抽采效果最好。In order to solve the problem of low drainage efficiency in high gas and low permeability coal seam,the hydraulic slotting technology is used to improve the gas drainage rate,and the slotting equipment uses cone column combined nozzle.Taking the 18205 working face of Xiegou Coal Mine as the research object,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test methods,this paper studies the effect of this type of nozzle on increasing permeability.The field test shows that the gas drainage pure quantity of the drilling field after the implementation of hydraulic cutting measures is significantly higher than that of the drilling field without hydraulic cutting,and the drilling field with 6 m drainage radius has the best drainage effect.
