摘 要:针对煤峪口矿提升机钢丝绳张力不均衡导致的提升机运行过程中振动大、安全性差的现状,提出了一种新的钢丝绳调绳方法。根据实际应用表明,优化后各钢丝绳中的张力最大偏差比优化前降低了83.9%,运行速度比优化前提升了2.06倍,有效解决了煤峪口矿提升机运行过程中钢丝绳作用力不均衡的问题。In view of the current situation of large vibration and poor safety caused by unbalanced tension of wire rope of hoist in Meiyukou Mine,this paper puts forward a new method of adjusting wire rope.According to the practical application,after optimization,the maximum deviation of tension in each wire rope is reduced by 83.9%and the running speed is increased by 2.06 times compared with that before optimization,which effectively solves the problem of unbalanced force of wire rope during the operation of hoist in Meiyukou Mine.
