摘 要:为探究不同浓度的植物生长调节剂GA_(3)、6-BA在进出口鲜切花运输过程中对月季鲜切花贮藏期保鲜效果及其生理变化的影响,以月季鲜切花品种“卡罗拉”为试验材料,测定其形态指标变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化,并筛选出月季鲜切花贮藏期保鲜效果最佳的植物生长调节剂类型及其最适浓度。结果表明:10 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA对月季鲜切花贮藏期的保鲜效果最显著,且具有显著提高抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的作用。The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators GA_(3)and 6-BA on the preservation effect and physiological changes of Rosa chinensis fresh cut flowers during the transportation of import and export.In this experiment,the fresh cut rose variety"Carola"was used as the test material.The changes of morphological indexes and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT of fresh cut flower"Carola"were measured,and the types and super-optimal concentration of plant growth regulators with the best preservation effect during the storage period of cut roses were selected.The results showed that 6-BA(10 mg·L^(-1))had the most significant effect on preservation of fresh cut roses during the storage period,and significantly increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT).
