咽鼓管功能障碍的慢性化脓性中耳炎治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探究咽鼓管功能障碍的慢性化脓性中耳炎治疗效果。方法2016年12月~2020年2月,从本院收治的咽鼓管功能障碍的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中选择50例进行研究,回顾患者病例,以不同的治疗方案作为分组标准,将50例患者分为对照组、实验组,各25例。对照组只开展中耳乳突手术,实验组同期开展中耳乳突手术与咽鼓管球囊扩张术,对比两组听力改善效果、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果实验组听力改善效果明显高于对照组,P<0.05;术后3个月、6个月实验组患者的EDTQ-7评分、听阈值均低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在咽鼓管功能障碍的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者行中耳乳突手术时,同期开展咽鼓管球囊扩张术,既能改善患者的听力状态,又能提升治疗效果,减少并发症,值得推荐。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of chronic suppurative otitis media with eustachian tube dysfunction.Methods From December 2016 to February 2020,50 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with Eustachian tube dysfunction admitted to this hospital were selected for the study.The patients’cases were reviewed,and different treatment options were used as the grouping criteria.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group,each with 25 cases.The control group only performed middle ear mastoid surgery,while the experimental group performed middle ear mastoid surgery and eustachian tube balloon dilatation at the same time.The hearing improvement effect,treatment effect,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The hearing improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the EDTQ-7 score and hearing threshold of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months and 6 months after the operation,P<0.05;The incidence of symptoms was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with Eustachian tube dysfunction undergoing middle ear mastoid surgery,simultaneous balloon dilation of the Eustachian tube can not only improve the patient’s hearing status,but also enhance the treatment effect and reduce complications.Recommended.
