摘 要:目的本研究旨在探讨不同流速下造影剂形成磁敏感伪影情况的影响情况,并寻找成像质量较高的造影剂注射方案。方法本研究选取2019年7月至2020年9月间于我院治疗并需行磁共振颈部CE-MRA成像的患者共计68例,将其以数字随机表法的分组形式均分为A组及B组,每组34例。给予A组患者以2ml/s的流速注射造影剂20ml及生理盐水20ml;给予B组患者以3ml/s的流速注射造影剂20ml及生理盐水20ml。分别选取医师对两组患者的扫描图像进行综合评分及质量分析。结果A组锁骨下动脉磁敏感伪影评分(2.57±1.54)明显高于B组(0.34±0.19);A组锁骨下静脉高信号干扰评分(0.29±0.21)明显低于B组(0.73±0.52);A组综合干扰评分(2.57±1.37)明显高于B组(0.82±0.55);A组图像满意率47.06%(16/34)明显低于B组91.18%(31/34),以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高流速注射对比剂可在一定程度上降低磁敏感效应对颈部CE-MRA图像质量的干扰,更值得被推广应用。Objective This study aims to investigate the influence of contrast media on the formation of magnetically sensitive artifacts at different flow rates,and to find a contrast media injection program with higher imaging quality.Methods This study selected 68 patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 and required MRI neck CE-MRA imaging,and divided them into A according to the number random table method.Group and Group B,34 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given 20ml contrast media and 20ml normal saline at a flow rate of 2ml/s;patients in group B were given 20ml contrast media and 20ml normal saline at a flow rate of 3ml/s.Physicians were selected to perform comprehensive scoring and quality analysis on the scanned images of the two groups of patients.Results The subclavian artery susceptibility artifact score in group A(2.57±1.54)was significantly higher than that in group B(0.34±0.19);the subclavian vein high signal interference score in group A(0.29±0.21)was significantly lower than that in group B(0.73±0.52);The comprehensive interference score of group A(2.57±1.37)was significantly higher than that of group B(0.82±0.55);the image satisfaction rate of group A was 47.06%(16/34)was significantly lower than 91.18%(31/34)of group B,The above differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast medium injection at high flow rate can reduce the interference of magnetic sensitivity effect on neck CE-MRA image quality to a certain extent,and it is more worthy of popularization and application.
