23例改良腭咽成形患者术后出血相关因素及处理措施的研究

摘　　要：目的回顾总结改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)后23例并发出血的相关因素和处理。方法选取我科2017年1月至2018年12月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者(OSAHS)行改良腭咽成形术后并发出血患者23例作为研究对象,分析患者的出血原因、出血情况,采取不同的止血治疗措施。结果23例出血患者经过各项止血措施的积极治疗后,伤口出血均得到有效控制。结论应根据患者精神状态、出血的部位、范围、血量,采取不同的止血方法。对改良腭咽成形术后出血的可能相关因素展开有效的预防,提高手术技巧,加强围手术期管理,加强健康宣传教育,能够显著减少术后出血的产生以及可能造成的严重后果,可以促进患者康复,提高住院患者的满意度。Objective To review and summarize the related factors and treatment of bleeding in 23 patients after modified Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP).Methods 23 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 The cases who underwent modified pharyngopharyngoplasty and bleed were selected as the research objects.Depending on the location and severity of the bleeding,take different measures to stop bleeding.Results After 23 patients with hemorrhage actively treated with various hemostatic methods,bleeding was effectively controlled.Conclusion Different methods of hemostasis should be taken according to the patient's mental state,location,range and capacity of bleeding.Effective prevention measures can be taken according to the possible factors of UPPP postoperative hemorrhage,Lmproving surgical skills,reblabilitation and perioperative management,and health education can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative bleeding and possible serious complication,All the measures above can promote patients strengthening,improve the satisfaction of inpatients.
