摘　　要：目的观察糖皮质激素+鼻内镜术对鼻息肉的治疗效果并分析对患者预后的影响。方法选择2019年10月~2020年10月期间收治的60例鼻息肉患者,以随机抽样法分组,研究组、对照组各30例。对照组仅采取鼻内镜术,研究组加用糖皮质激素。组间对比疗效、复发率。结果研究组的总有效率比对照组高,复发率对照组低,P<0.05,统计学对比有差异。结论糖皮质激素+鼻内镜术对鼻息肉有显著疗效,可预防鼻息肉复发。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid plus nasal endoscopy on nasal polyps and analyze the effect on the prognosis of patients.Methods 60 patients with nasal polyps who were admitted from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and grouped by random sampling,with 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group only underwent nasal endoscopy,and the study group received glucocorticoids.Comparison of efficacy and recurrence rate between groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower in the control group.P<0.05,there is a statistical difference.Conclusion Glucocorticoid+endoscopy has a significant effect on nasal polyps,which can prevent the recurrence of nasal polyps.
