鼻炎康片联合富马酸卢帕他定对过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻炎康片联合卢帕他定对过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法将过敏性鼻炎患者78例分2组,各39例,对照组采用卢帕他定;观察组采用鼻炎康片联合卢帕他定,治疗2周。比较临床疗效、EOS及IgE、症状缓解时间。结果对照组有效率79.49%低于观察组94.87%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后EOS及IgE低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏缓解时间高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论鼻炎康片联合卢帕他定对过敏性鼻炎的疗效显著,可缩短症状缓解时间。Objective To investigate the effect of Biyankang tablets combined with lupatadine on allergic rhinitis.Methods 78patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into two groups,The control group was treated with lupatadine;the observation group was treated with Biyankang tablets combined with lupatadine for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,EOS,IgE and symptom remission time were compared.Results The effective rate of the control group(79.49%)was lower than that of the observation group(94.87%)(P<0.05).EOS and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The remission time of nasal congestion,itching,runny nose and sneezing in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biyankang tablets combined with lupatadine has significant effect on allergic rhinitis and can shorten the time of symptom relief.
