过敏性鼻炎在渗出性中耳炎发生中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的对过敏性鼻炎在渗出性中耳炎发生中的作用进行分析。方法选择2018年6月-2020年2月在我院进行渗出性中耳炎治疗的患者30例,再选择同期在我院进行检查的非渗出性中耳炎患者30例,将其分别分成观察组及对照组,分析过敏性鼻炎和渗出性中耳炎的关系。结果观察组患者的过敏性鼻炎检出率为50.00%,对照组过敏性鼻炎的检出率为23.33%,组间数据差异大,P<0.05。对照组患者血液中的嗜酸性粒细胞(EGC)含量与观察组数据存在较大差异,P<0.05。结论渗出性中耳炎患者的鼻炎检出率高于非渗出性中耳炎患者,渗出性中耳炎患者的EGC含量低于非渗出性中耳炎患者,说明过敏性鼻炎和渗出性中耳炎有直接联系。Objective To analyze the role of allergic rhinitis in the occurrence of exudative otitis media.Methods 30 cases of patients with exudative otitis media treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected,and 30 cases of non exudative otitis media patients who were examined in our hospital at the same time were selected and divided into observation group and control group respectively,and the relationship between allergic rhinitis and exudative otitis media was analyzed.Results The detection rate of allergic rhinitis in the observation group was 50.00%,while that in the control group was 23.33%.There was a big difference between the two groups,P<0.05.The content of eosinophils(EGC)in the blood of the control group was significantly different from that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of rhinitis in patients with exudative otitis media is higher than that in patients with non exudative otitis media,and the content of EGC in patients with exudative otitis media is lower than that in patients with non exudative otitis media,indicating that allergic rhinitis is directly related to exudative otitis media.
