探究参苓白术散加味治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探究在儿童变应性鼻炎中应用参苓白术散加味治疗的临床价值。方法择取120例罹患变应性鼻炎的患儿,均为我院2016年5月至2020年7月期间收治,随机分组,即对照组(常规西医)与观察组(联用参苓白术散加味)各60例总有效率评定结果、中医证候积分测评分值及复发率情况加以对比。结果相较对照组,观察组有更高的治疗有效率(P<0.05);观察组症状积分经评测相较对照组居更低水平(P<0.05);安排在3个月时复查,相较对照组,观察组复发率居更低水平(P<0.05)。结论针对罹患变应性鼻炎的患儿,取参苓白术散加味方案应用,可促使患儿症状得以有效改善,复发率明显降低,总体效果理想。Objective To explore the clinical value of Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods 120 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional Western Medicine)and observation group(combined with Shenlingbaizhu powder),60 cases in each group.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and recurrence rate were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05);the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with allergic rhinitis,Shenlingbaizhu powder can effectively improve the symptoms of children,significantly reduce the recurrence rate,and the overall effect is ideal.
