翳风穴穴位注射治疗急性卡他性中耳炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的客观评定翳风穴穴位注射治疗急性卡他性中耳炎临床疗效,并分析其临床治疗优势。方法将128例(即128耳)急性卡他性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各64例,即64耳。对照组运用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用翳风穴穴位注射治疗,两组均观察至病情痊愈,比较治疗效果。结果治疗组64耳均治愈,治愈率100%,其平均治愈天数为5.75±0.92天,其中58耳仅1次穴位注射后痊愈,4耳经注射2次痊愈,2耳注射3次后痊愈;对照组64耳在一疗程后49耳痊愈,治愈率70.11%,其平均治愈天数为8.32±2.25天。两组患者治愈天数有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗3天后500Hz和1000Hz状况下的听阈水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论翳风穴穴位注射治疗急性卡他性中耳炎的疗效确切。Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection at Yifeng acupoint in the treatment of acute catarrhal otitis media,and to analyze its clinical treatment advantages.Methods 128 cases(128 ears)of acute catarrhal otitis media were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each with 64 cases,namely 64 ears.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yifeng acupoint injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed to recover from the disease and compare the treatment effects.Results 64 ears in the treatment group were cured with a cure rate of 100%.The average healing time was 5.75±0.92 days.Among them,58 ears were cured after only 1 acupoint injection,4 ears were cured with 2 injections,and 2 ears were cured with 3 injections.In the control group,64 ears were cured after one course of treatment,the cure rate was 70.11%,and the average healing time was 8.32±2.25 days.There was a significant difference in the number of days to cure between the two groups(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the hearing threshold levels of the two groups of patients under 500Hz and 1000Hz decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection at Yifeng point is effective in treating acute catarrhal otitis media.
