电子鼻咽喉镜下取咽异物的临床护理配合研究

摘　　要：目的分析电子鼻咽喉镜下取咽异物的临床护理配合效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月急诊本院收治的50例咽异物患者为研究对象,数表分组法分为参照组和观察组,每组25例;两组患者均采用电子鼻咽喉镜下咽部异物取出术治疗,比较两组不适感率。结果干预后,观察组的检查不适率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论电子鼻咽喉镜下咽部异物取出术治疗咽异物患者的同时结合优化护理可有效缓解检查不适感,值得推广。Objective Objective to analyze the clinical nursing cooperation effect of taking pharyngeal foreign body under electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope.Methods 50 patients with pharyngeal foreign bodies in our hospital were selected as the research objects from January 2017 to January 2018,the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group;the patients in both groups were treated with removal of foreign body in pharynx under electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope,the discomfort rates of the two groups were compared.Result After the intervention,The discomfort rate of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion With the electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope pharyngeal foreign body removal surgery in the treatment of patients with pharyngeal foreign body at the same time,combined with optimized nursing can effectively alleviate the discomfort of examination.It is worth promoting.
