摘　　要：在汽车装配制造过程中,人为质量问题占比较高,文章基于WCM-QCS模块介绍了人为质量问题解决方案,围绕TWTTP、HERCA及POKA-YOKE三大工具进行了简要介绍,借此能够给行业内解决人为质量问题提供借鉴方法。In the assembly and manufacture of Automobiles,human error account for a high proportion.This paper describes the solution of human error based on WCM-QCS method and tools,focusing on the application of TWTTP,HERCA and POKA-YOKE,which can be used to inform the industry Provide reference methods to solve human quality problems.
