摘 要:针对于热网首站供热量测量过程中存在的偏差较大问题,提出根据热力学第一定律以采暖蒸汽在热网加热器中的放热量校核热网首站供热量的方法。对350MW机组热网首站进行了供热量校核试验,结果表明:保持单台热网加热器运行时,在热网循环水流量7500t/h和6000t/h工况下,热网首站供热量和采暖抽汽放热量相对偏差分别为-0.39%和0.74%,建议应用此方法校核热网首站供热量并在热网加热器疏水管道上加装高精度流量测量元件,保证测量的准确性。In view of the large deviation in the measurement of heating capacity in the initial station of heat-supply network, a method was proposed to check the heating capacity of the initial station of heat-supply network according to the heat release capacity of heating steam in the heater of heat-supply network based on the first law of thermodynamics. The initial station of heat-supply network of 350 MW unit was tested for heating capacity check, the results show that under the conditions of 7 500 t/h and 6 000 t/h of circulating water flow, the relative deviation of the heating capacity and the heat release capacity in the initial station of heat-supply network is-0. 39% and 0. 74%, respectively. It is suggested that this method should be used to check the heating capacity of the initial station of heat-supply network and install high-precision flow measurement elements on the drain pipe of the heater to ensure the accuracy of measurement.
