摘 要:为提高太阳能供热系统性能,实验搭建了高径比为1直接换热式水箱1和高径比为3间接换热式水箱2两种不同结构水箱,并联放置于太阳能——CO_(2)热泵供热系统(能实现太阳能单独为水箱供热和太阳能与热泵共同为水箱供热)中,探究了四种运行工况下系统性能变化。结果表明:采用太阳能单独为水箱1加热的工况1供水温度稳定在40.4℃;采用太阳能单独为水箱2加热的工况2供水温度为38.6℃;CO_(2)热泵辅助太阳能为水箱1加热的工况3供水温度为42.1℃;CO_(2)热泵辅助太阳能为水箱2加热的工况4供水温度为39.4℃。加热稳定后,工况4的热泵制热量比工况3增加了33.53%,COP增加了25.5%;太阳能有用得热量为工况4>工况2>工况3>工况1。采用CO_(2)热泵辅助换热能提高水箱供水温度,采用螺旋管间接加热的水箱2能提升热泵制热量、热泵COP和太阳能有用能得热量。In order to improve the performance of solar heating system experiment set the ratio of height to diameter direct heat exchange water tank 1 and indirect heat exchange high aspect ratio 3 water tank 2, two different structure of parallel placed in solar energy, CO_(2) heat pump heating system(could realize solar separately for separate heating and solar energy and heat pump for water tank on heating), explored the performance of the system of four operating condition changes. The results showed that the water supply temperature was stable at 40. 4 ℃ in the working condition 1, and 38. 6 ℃ in the working condition 2, when the water tank 1 was heated by solar energy alone. In working condition 3, the water supply temperature was 42. 1 ℃ when the CO_(2) heat pump auxiliary solar energy was used for heating the water tank 1, and in working condition 4, the water supply temperature was 39. 4 ℃. After heating stabilized, the heat produced by the heat pump in condition 4 increased by 33. 53% and COP by 25. 5% compared with that in condition 3. The solar energy useful heat was 4> working condition 2> working condition 3> working condition 1. CO_(2) heat pump was used for auxiliary heat transfer to improve the water supply temperature of the water tank, and helical tube was used for indirect heating of the water tank 2 to improve the heat production of the heat pump, COP of the heat pump and solar energy useful energy.
