复方血栓通胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者局部血流及微炎症反应的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察与研究复方血栓通胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者局部血流及微炎症反应的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年2月佛山市中医院的100例早期糖尿病肾病为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规糖尿病肾病治疗)和观察组(复方血栓通胶囊治疗),每组各50例。比较两组治疗前后的肾脏各级动脉血流动力学指标(Vs、Vd及RI)及血清微炎症指标(TNF-α、hs-CRP及IL-1β)。结果治疗前两组的肾脏各级动脉血流动力学指标及血清微炎症指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、2、3个月后两组上述方面均持续地改善,观察组的肾脏各级动脉Vs及Vd显著高于对照组,RI及血清微炎症指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊可显著改善早期糖尿病肾病患者局部血流及微炎症反应状态,在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的应用价值相对较高。Objective To observe and study the effect of compound Xueshuantong Capsule on local blood flow and micro-inflammatory reaction in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 100 cases of early DN from January 2018 to February 2020 in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group(conventional treatment for DN)and the observation group(compound Xueshuantong Capsule),with 50 cases in each group.The renal arterial hemodynamics indexes(Vs,Vd and RI)and serum micro-inflammatory indexes(TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-1β)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in renal arterial hemodynamics and serum micro-inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 1 month,2 months and 3 months,the above-mentioned indexes in the two groups improved continuously.The Vs and Vd in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while RI and serum micro-inflammatory indexes were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsule can significantly improve the local blood flow and micro-inflammatory reaction state in patients with early DN,which exhibits a high application value.
