摘　　要：目的系统评价中医情志护理干预卒中后抑郁障碍的疗效,为治疗卒中后抑郁提供依据。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、知网、维普、万方数据库,收集自建库以来至2020年7月中医情志护理治疗卒中后抑郁障碍的随机对照实验文献,对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8项RCT,共计675例患者。Meta分析结果显示中医情志护理在治疗卒中后抑郁的Barthel指数、HAMD评分、SDS评分、临床疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论中医情志护理治疗卒中后抑郁障碍的疗效优于常规护理,且最佳干预时间不超过1个月。Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional nursing intervention on post-stroke depression,so as to provide evidence for the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Database were searched,the literatures of randomized controlled experiments of emotional nursing of TCM in the treatment of post-stroke depression from the establishment of the database to July 2020 were collected,the data were extracted and the quality of clinical researches that met the inclusion criteria were evaluated,and then RevMan5.3 statistical software for Meta-analysis was adopted.Results A total of 8 RCTs were included,with a total of 675 patients.It was shown by Meta-analysis that the Barthel index,HAMD score,SDS score and clinical therapeutic efficacy of emotional nursing of TCM in treating post-stroke depression were superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion TCM emotional nursing is superior to conventional nursing in treating post-stroke depression,and the best intervention time is less than one month.
