摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(CKD)妊娠是产科高危因素之一,CKD与妊娠相互影响,CKD患者妊娠会增加相关并发症的发生,而妊娠也能引起肾脏损伤或导致原有肾脏疾病加重,从而影响妊娠结局,甚至终止妊娠。CKD患者妊娠期的治疗和管理是肾内科和妇产科共同关注的难题,掌握相关临床药物的使用和治疗措施,以降低CKD患者妊娠的风险及并发症发生率,提高胎儿存活率,优化妊娠结局。本文结合近几年文献,就CKD患者妊娠期间的治疗进行综述。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)during pregnancy is one of the high-risk factors of obstetrics.CKD and pregnancy interact with each other.Pregnancy of patients with CKD increases the incidence of related complications,while pregnancy can also cause kidney damage or aggravate the original kidney disease,thus impacting the pregnancy outcome and even terminating pregnancy.The treatment and management of patients with CKD during pregnancy is a common concern of department of nephrology and department of obstetrics and gynecology.Mastery of the use of related clinical drugs and treatment measures can reduce the incidence of pregnancy risk and complications of patients with CKD,improve the fetal survival rate and optimize the pregnancy outcome.In this paper,the treatment of patients with CKD during pregnancy was reviewed based on the literature in recent years.
