摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查妊娠黄体对胚胎停止发育的诊断价值。方法收集2020年1—7月在江苏省第二中医院诊断为胚胎停止发育者45例及正常妊娠者45例为研究对象,使用彩色多普勒超声观察两组孕妇的黄体大小、血流分布、血流阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值速度(PSV)等情况。结果胚胎停止发育组及正常妊娠组两者在黄体的直径、血流阻力指数、血流分布及收缩期峰值速度等方面的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),胚胎停止发育时,黄体直径较正常妊娠者偏小,血流分布减少,血流阻力增加,收缩期峰值速度降低。结论妊娠早期应用经阴道超声检查孕妇黄体大小、血流分布、血流阻力指数、血流速度等参数对诊断胚胎停止发育具有参考意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating the corpus luteum of pregnancy for embryonic development ceasing.Methods A total of 45 cases diagnosed as embryonic development ceasing and 45 cases of normal pregnancy admitted to Jiangsu Province Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to July 2020 were collected as the research objects.The corpus luteum size,blood flow distribution,blood flow resistance index(RI),peak systolic velocity(PSV)and other situations of pregnant women in the two groups were observed by color Doppler ultrasound.Results There were statistically significant differences in the diameter of corpus luteum,blood flow RI,blood flow distribution and PSV between the embryonic development ceasing group(n=45)and the normal pregnancy group(n=45)(all P<0.05).When the embryo stopped developing,the corpus luteum diameter was smaller than that of the normal pregnancy group,blood flow distribution was decreased,blood flow resistance was increased,and PSV was decreased.Conclusion In the early stage of pregnancy,the parameters of corpus luteum size,blood flow distribution,blood flow RI,blood flow velocity and other parameters through transvaginal ultrasound examination have reference significance for diagnosis of embryonic development ceasing.
