摘　　要：目的探讨不同透析模式对血液透析患者低血压的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月广东省惠州市第一人民医院血透中心收治的长期进行血液透析患者16例,随机分为常温组和低温可调钠组每组各8例,每例患者透析观察4周。对比两组患者低血压发生率、透析过程中血压变化及透析不良反应发生率的差异。结果低温可调钠组的低血压发生率及不良反应发生率明显低于常温组,透析中、透析后血压较常温组稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者实施低温可调钠透析模式,有助于血压稳定,降低低血压发生率及不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the impacts of different dialysis modes on hypotension in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 16 patients undergoing long-term hemodialysis admitted to the hemodialysis center of Huizhou First People’s Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the normal temperature group(n=8)and the low temperature adjustable sodium group(n=8).Each patient was treated with dialysis for 4 weeks.The differences in the incidence of hypotension,blood pressure changes during dialysis and the incidence of adverse dialysis reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of hypotension and adverse reactions(ADRs)in the hypothermia adjustable sodium group was significantly lower than that in the normal temperature group,and the blood pressure during and after dialysis was more stable than that in the normal temperature group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The low temperature adjustable sodium dialysis mode for hemodialysis patients is helpful to stabilize blood pressure and reduce the incidence of hypotension and ADRs.
