摘　　要：目的探究补肾活血方对少弱畸精症患者精子DNA完整率及体外受精效果的影响。方法选择2016年11月至2019年5月于广东省东莞市妇幼保健院接受治疗的少弱畸精症患者70例,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组服用左卡尼汀口服液,观察组采用补肾活血方进行治疗。比较分析两组患者精液常规指标、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)、体外受精及妊娠结局。结果治疗后观察组患者精子浓度、精子活率、前向运动精子数(PR)明显高于对照组,DFI比率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者体外受精率与卵裂率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),优胚率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随访期间发现,与对照组比较,观察组妊娠率较高,流产率较低,但是两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血方能改善少弱畸精症患者精子质量,提高精子DNA完整率,对体外受精效果有促进作用,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on sperm DNA integrity and in vitro fertilization(IVF)in patients with oligoasthenospermia.Methods A total of 70 patients with oligoasthenospermia treated in Dongguan City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group was given L-carnitine oral liquid,while the observation group received Bushen Huoxue Recipe.The semen routine index,sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI),IVF and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the sperm concentration,sperm motility and forward movement sperm count(PR)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the DFI ratio was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in fertilization rate and cleavage rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the superior embryo rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up,compared with the control group,the pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher and the abortion rate was lower,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Recipe can improve sperm quality and improve sperm DNA integrity rate in patients with oligoasthenospermia,which can promote IVF with a high clinical value.
