摘  要:通过自主设计腐蚀模拟试验装置、冷场发射扫描电镜及EDAX能谱分析系统、激光拉曼光谱分析仪、电子探针和X射线光电子能谱仪等手段,模拟油船货油舱上甲板环境,研究分析了Sb元素对低合金钢在含CO_(2)-SO_(2)-O_(2)-H_(2)S气体干湿交替环境中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:Sb元素可以有效降低钢在上甲板环境中的腐蚀减薄量,含Sb钢内锈层中的裂纹少于普碳钢;而且当钢中加入Sb元素后,内锈层中的α-FeOOH含量增加,α-FeOOH/γ-FeOOH的质量比增大,提高了内锈层的致密性;Sb在内锈层中与基体接触的区域内富集,并以保护性较好的Sb_(2)O_(5)氧化物形式存在。By means of independently designed corrosion simulation testing apparatus,cold field emission scanning electron microscope and EDAX energy spectrum analysis system,Raman spectrometer,electron microprobe analyser and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,the upper deck conditions of cargo oil compartment of oil tanker is simulated,the effects of Sb element on the corrosion resistance of low alloy steel in the wet-dry cycle environment bearing CO_(2)-SO_(2)-O_(2)-H_(2)S are studied and analysed.The results show that Sb element reduces the estimated corrosion loss of the steel in the environment of upper deck,the steel with Sb addition has less cracks in the inner rust layer than the mild carbon steel,the steel with Sb addition has moreα-FeOOH content in the inner rust layer.The increased mass ratio ofα-FeOOH toγ-FeOOH improves the soundness of the inner rust layer.Sb element enriches in the contact area of inner rust layer with the matrix and exists in the form of Sb_(2)O_(5)oxide with good protectiveness.
