摘  要:介绍了唐山中厚板材有限公司高强度船体结构用钢EH40的生产情况。采用铁水预处理、转炉自动炼钢、LF精炼、RH精炼、连铸重压下、电磁搅拌等国内先进技术,对钢水纯净度及连铸坯质量进行了有效控制。以低碳微合金化配合适当的控轧控冷工艺成功生产了高强度船体结构用钢EH40。钢板在-40℃下的横向和纵向夏比冲击功>210 J。焊接试验结果表明:钢板在焊接热输入量为15 kJ/cm和50 kJ/cm的条件下,焊接热影响区和熔合线具有良好的低温韧性,性能符合ABS、CCS等八家船级社规范要求。This paper introduces the production of higher-strength hull structural steel EH40 in Tangshan Medium and Heavy Plate Co.,Ltd.The advanced technologies such as hot metal pretreatment,converter automatic steelmaking,LF refining,RH refining,continuous casting heavy reduction and electromagnetic stirring are adopted to effectively control the cleanliness of molten steel and the quality of continuous casting slab.High-strength hull structural steel EH40 has been successfully produced by low carbon microalloying and appropriate controlled rolling and cooling process.At-40℃,the Charpy V-notch impact energy of steel plate in transverse and longitudinal direction is more than 210 J.The results of welding test show that the HAZ and fusion line of steel plate have good low temperature toughness under the condition of welding heat input of 15 kJ/cm and 50 kJ/cm.The performance of steel plate meets the requirements of eight classification societies such as ABS and CCS.
