摘  要:同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。Hcy在代谢过程中产生过量的活性氧类并引起炎症反应,直接损伤血管内皮,并增强低密度脂蛋白的氧化,继而导致内皮功能障碍,最终加速动脉粥样硬化(As)的进程。而As是导致心血管疾病的主要病因。氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)是氧化型低密度脂蛋白的必需受体,是导致As的重要因素。沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)能有效改善内皮功能,减少氧化应激及炎症反应。了解SIRT1/LOX-1通路在Hcy介导的As中的作用,可能为Hcy致As的治疗提供新靶点。Homocysteine(Hcy)is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Hcy produces excessive reactive oxygen species during metabolism and causes inflammation,which directly causes damage to the vascular endothelium and enhances the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein,which in turn leads to endothelial dysfunction,and ultimately accelerates the process of atherosclerosis(As),while As is the main cause of cardiovascular disease.Oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1(LOX-1)is an essential receptor for oxidized low-density lipoprotein and is an important factor leading to As.Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)can effectively improve endothelial function and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.Understanding the role of SIRT1/LOX-1 pathway in Hcy-mediated As may provide a new target for the treatment of Hcy-induced As.
