摘　　要：青光眼是我国主要的致盲性眼病之一。视盘萎缩、视野缺损和视力下降是青光眼的主要特征,眼压升高是青光眼主要的危险因素。临床上将青光眼分为原发性青光眼、继发性青光眼和先天性青光眼,其特殊类型还包括正常眼压性青光眼。青光眼具有显著遗传性和家族聚集性,遗传因素在青光眼的发展中占有重要地位。在不同的地区和人种中,遗传因素以多种不同的方式参与青光眼的致病过程,与青光眼的关系错综复杂。基因研究通过深入探究青光眼的病理机制,明确各基因突变位点在青光眼发展中的作用,为青光眼早预防、早诊断、早治疗提供了新策略,给青光眼患者带来了希望。Glaucoma is a major blinding disease in China,which is characterized by optic nipple atrophy,visual field defect and vision loss.Increased intraocular pressure is the major dangerous factor for glaucoma.Glaucoma is clinically divided into primary glaucoma,secondary glaucoma and congenital glaucoma,and the special type of normal tension glaucoma.Glaucoma is obviously genetic and familial gathered,and genetic factors account for the main part in the disease developing.In different regions and populations,genetic factors join in the diseased procession in many ways,which is complicatedly connected with glaucoma.Genetic researches explored the pathological mechanism’s deeply,defined the roles of various kinds of gene locus in the process of glaucoma,providing new strategy for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment as early as possible,bringing hopes for the patients.
