糖尿病下肢血管病变西药治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病下肢血管病变(LEVD)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,该病长期发展可能会导致下肢远端组织缺血、坏死,严重时可能造成足部溃疡甚至截肢,威胁患者生命安全。因此,早期干预对遏制LEVD进展,改善患者生活质量意义重大。随着医疗水平的提高,多种治疗手段被用于糖尿病LEVD治疗,其中西药具有起效快、效果佳等优势,被临床广泛应用。但何种西药治疗效果更佳尚无定论,未来还需要展开更多的研究加以明确,找到疗效好且安全性高的西药,以改善LEVD治疗现状。Lower extremity vascular disease(LEVD)of diabetes is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes.The long-term development of the disease may cause ischemia and necrosis of the distal tissues of the lower limbs.In severe cases,it may cause foot ulcers or even amputation,threatening the lives of the patients.Therefore,early intervention is of great significance to curbing the progress of LEVD and improving quality of life of the patients.With the improvement of medical standards,a variety of methods have been used for the treatment of diabetes LEVD,among which,western medicine has the advantages of fast onset and good effect,and is widely used in the clinical practice.However,there is no conclusion about which western medicine treatment is better.In the future,more research needs to be carried out to clarify and find western medicine with good curative effect and high safety,in order to improve the current status of LEVD treatment.
