摘　　要：国内多个城市颁布了小客车尾号限行的交通管制办法。为避免驾驶员在限行期间驾车误入限行区域遭受处罚,提出了一种基于AT89S51单片机的多功能汽车尾号限行车载语音提醒器电路设计方案。利用车内点烟器插座输出的12 V直流电源供电,将限行语音提醒器、USB充电器、点烟器、LCD屏和设置按键集成于一体,可通过按键设置LCD屏上显示的时钟、日历、汽车尾号限行日和限行时段等信息,以适应国内不同地区交管部门对汽车尾号限行的规定。Some cities in China have issued the regulation of vehicle traffic restrictions based on the last digit of license numbers,.In order to remind drivers of staying away from the restricted areas so as to be free of traffic penalty concerns,this paper proposes the design scheme of a vehicle mounted multi-functional voice reminder in terms of the restriction rules on car-use,based on AT89S51 single chip microcomputer.In this device,the 12 V DC power output from the cigarette lighter socket in the car will be used to supply power.The voice reminder,USB charger,cigarette lighter,the setting button and LCD screen that can display detailed information on,are integrated.Specifically,all the information shown on the screen can be adjusted by the setting button,enabling the device to be better adopted in different cities.
