摘  要:目的:分析儿童肺炎支原体肺炎采用低剂量CT扫描与X射线胸片的临床效果。方法:选入2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,各为40例,对照组行X射线胸片检查,观察组行低剂量CT扫描,对比两种检测影像可见症状、准确率和漏诊率。结果:观察组影像可见症状均高于对照组,组间具有差异(P<0.05);观察组准确率高于对照组,且观察组漏诊率低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童肺炎支原体肺炎采用低剂量CT扫描,其准确率高于X射线胸片检查,误诊率较低,且影像可见症状更为清晰,有利于临床进行诊断。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of low-dose CT scans and X-ray chest scans in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:80 cases of pneubratrium pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study object,and were divided into research groups and reference groups in the form of random numerical table methods,each with 40 cases,with reference group X-ray chest examination,research group low-dose CT scans,comparing the visible symptoms,accuracy and missed rates of the two detection images.Results:The visible symptoms of the study group were higher than the reference group,there were differences between the groups(P<0.05),the accuracy of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the leakage rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference between the comparisons was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose CT scan for mycoplasma pneumonia in children,the accuracy rate is higher than X-ray chest examination,the misdiagnosis rate is lower,and the visible symptoms of the image are more clear,which is conducive to clinical diagnosis.
